In 2011, Knickerbockers Deli opened its doors in the DaVinci Building at the Wasatch Corporate Center. It wasn’t just about serving food—it was about creating a place where people could grab a meal that felt homemade, even in the middle of a busy workday. A year later, we expanded to the Old Mill Corporate Centre, and by 2018, we had three locations across the Salt Lake Valley. Our goal has always been the same: serve fresh, high-quality food with a friendly touch.
