In 2011, Knickerbockers Deli opened its doors in the DaVinci Building at the Wasatch Corporate Center. It wasn’t just about serving food—it was about creating a place where people could grab a meal that felt homemade, even in the middle of a busy workday. A year later, we expanded to the Old Mill Corporate Centre, and by 2018, we had three locations across the Salt Lake Valley. Our goal has always been the same: serve fresh, high-quality food with a friendly touch.

Jeff, the owner of Knickerbockers Deli, has been in the restaurant business his entire working life. He’s seen trends come and go, but one thing never changes—people appreciate great food and great service. That’s why every sandwich, salad, and cup of espresso we serve is made with care.
